Our stationary cart is a beautifully styled seafood station where guests can approach the cart and enjoy freshly shucked oysters and/or premium caviar served by our team. This setup creates an elegant focal point for your event while allowing guests to enjoy the experience at their own pace.

Our team sets up the stationary cart 1–2 hours before your event. From there, we shuck high-quality oysters and serve premium caviar fresh to order, offering guests an interactive and elevated luxury experience throughout the service period.

Our stationary cart experience typically includes: • Fresh oysters shucked to order  • Premium caviar  • Professional service staff  • Ice display and elegant presentation  • Our traditional accompaniments for caviar such as crème fraîche, blinis, shallots, lemon wedges, and chives.  • Our oyster set up includes our gluten-free homemade sauces to be self-served.

Our packages are designed based on guest count and event duration. We will recommend the appropriate quantity of oysters or caviar to ensure a smooth experience for your event.

Our standard service window is up to 2 hours, though extended service may be available upon request and for an additional fee.

Our roaming service features servers walking throughout the event offering oysters or caviar directly to guests. Our stationary cart creates a central seafood bar experience, where guests can approach the cart and enjoy freshly prepared oysters and/or caviar.

We typically require a small flat space (approximately 6–8 feet) to accommodate the cart and allow guests to comfortably approach the station.

Because we currently have one stationary cart available and a limited number of service dates, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to secure your event date. Popular seasons such as weddings, holidays, and corporate events may book out even earlier.

At this time, our stationary oyster and caviar cart experience is available exclusively on Oʻahu. For events on neighbor islands or mainland destinations, we are still able to provide our roaming oyster or caviar service depending on availability. Please contact us to discuss your event details.
